Hi, I’m Heather.
Though I’m not quite the 007 James is, I have plenty of my own life experiences that help me help my clients.
Part of my journey includes being impacted directly or indirectly by mental health issues like anxiety, divorce, alcohol abuse, grief, single parenthood, and cancer, just to name a few.
I have two incredible children who continue to surprise me and teach me daily.
I also have my own meditation practice and other tools and techniques I use daily to keep my own inner critic voice in check and stay out of fear and worry.
You are not alone—your inner strength is already there, waiting to be discovered. I’m here to offer the support you need as you find your way past surviving to thriving.
